Just think about It. The last several raises they have had trouble reaching the $1 million mark, and now all of a sudden they are going to raise 10 $million? IMO, the only explanation is either they already have one or more investors willing to put up several $ million each or they have a minor or smaller type of deal or agreement in the works.
That being said, I'd be more comfortable with a 3 or 4 $million raise. Even at a $400K monthly burn, that should get us to the BTD or at least very close, then it is a new ballgame, plus this would be far less dilution.
Unless this is just a step to a much bigger more lucrative deal, I'd rather see a smaller raise than a 45 million share dilution..

I'm sticking with ~6 million being the ideal target amount to raise.

Maybe they were thinking about their recent Mexican vacation and meant 10 million Pesos.
