It would be nice to see some deep pocketed partner emerge to move this forward quickly.. Feds would be smart to pony up and sell vaccine world wide using profits to subsidize Canadian Health Cate.

I would think the academic partner would be Dr Coombs/U of M.

Thanks Wildbird...I'm certainly smelling a grant...could possibly explain the confidence in raising $10 million? Per the June 4, 2024 release from Theralase: "The research was completed at the laboratory of Kevin Coombs, Ph.D., University of Manitoba in conjunction with National Microbiology Laboratory and Theralase® Technologies Inc."

Yep...Dr. Coombs & Dr. Kobasa are both on faculty at U of M (professor & adjunct professor, respectively) studying viral pathogenesis.  The academic partner would be Dr. Coombs (research was completed in his lab at the U of M) & the tech/other expertise provided by Theralase.   I smell a grant & much more...JMO.
