The Ask?

When you look at the Bid/Ask can someone please theorize why some investors are looking to unload 100k, 200k, and even 300k here? Seems like it would be the opposite and we'd see large numbers on the Bid side. Today of all days would be the day to Hold tight right?

They may have placed those asks before today's news, and are on vacation, asleep, or just plain stupid.

the asks are just there to make people want to sell to the bid...likely same folks...the asks will dissapear if they start getting hit is my guess

If the deadline for PP paperwork is friday, why not sell at 0.21 and use the cash for one 0.22 share and a warrant. I would do it if I could. Hence the large ask.

Why would or should anyone buy right now when there are guys like you two still around?   Sorry, but that t self-serving attitude and myopic view is why I'd be advising no one to buy until after the placement closes. And if I were Theralase and did have a large buyer taking at least half of that 10 million placement, I'd close it out with that and tell everyone else, maybe next

Furthermore, just because you can or want to participate in the placement doesn't necessarily guarantee that you can or will.  The company always has the option to decline your request and refund the money (presuming you've already submitted it.). They have to agree to accept it, and have the last say on it.

Agreed with your opinion. These constsnt PPs work against the price ever going up.. Hopefully with the many new treatments they just announced they will get a jv money partner very soon..or maybe a pick of them to choose from.. Then watch the share price rocket.. I am personally buying.

I'll look at buying again after the pp closes (which by the way, I see as a time for letting the real cowmen and bullriders that have the means and the wherewithal to provide true and honest support for this venture to step in, not for letting the self-serving all hat and no cattle boys to flip a few shares to gain a warrant that they'll only again sell shares for to be able to exercise

How about houses throwing up a block here and there throughout the day, keeping the price supressed while they slowly chip  away at gathering a sizable position

Pretty easy answer, has anyone made any money off this investment? It's a bunch of people that bought into the last pp and have warrants that are worthless and are just not trying to lose the rest of the 25k minimum and now that the price has bounced a little is the perfect time to unload
