Long and short here is that this stock has more upside than down, so there is no bad or any ugly, reality is it is all good, Now just look at the facts, NO DEBT over $ 400,000 sitting in cash in the bank and a monthly burn of around $15,000. The team is working for $ 0 weekly in salary and took it out in STOCK, AH DUH !! who would do that if they felt a disaster, just look at the last private placement the main boys and girls took stock, Contrary to what these pair of bobsy twins say, THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER DILUTION, Guranteed !! We all wished that this would have been taken out long before now including me but it hasnt been, but will be soon. With all infastructure in place and likely more than 6 majors looking at it and maybe 3 of them in bids for it now, it all takes time. But a deal will be done, end of story. Now as for DEER and BENJ, my guess is they are likely past managment that got turfed due to almost putting this in the toilet and now sour so they want it to fail rather than succed.They are a pair of Mindless intreverts without a clue what the story is here.
