INDEED is Possible BUT Much MORE LIKELY would be MASSIVE EXERCISING of Large Number of CHEAPO WARRANTS from Previous Private Placements and then DUMPING these shares to GET In On the Current 45 Cent with 50 CENT WARRANTS to RELOAD and PLAY it AGAIN
