Probably should have done 1:10

The reverse split probably should have been 1:10.  However, the 1:5 will create a very reasonable share count of around 60M shares.

Does anyone know when the reverse split will happen?  Are they going to wait for the spin off or do it before?  They said the spin off will not happen until Q3 2024.
