RE: Sales CycleSure the sales cycle would be reduced but only in the decision making phase.  TEI still needs to complete their feasibility study.  The team conducting this is really the one that needs to cut down on coffee breaks.  It seems that all the studies take a long time.  Tim should set some timelines for a more efficient TEI.  Get these guys to work overtime so the contracts can get signed.  Do this for a few years than hire an extra team when the money is there.
