re:Fortress and IAM...

re:Fortress and IAM...
This is nice to see.  At least some $s are filtering through towards improving efficiency.

The money is private ownership,i.e.,not government $s being released as part of their climatic change plans.  The latter will likely be a while coming.  Also, the IAM $s is a loan.  This is interesting as it indicates a company(Fortress)  loosening their tight money stance solidified from 2008 and following recessionary times.  It indicates an independent (nongovernment) business decision.  Indicates that they look to the future as being positive.
Certainly is more direct than waiting on government redtape formulations to be struck then have to wade through such prior to $ flow.  It is simply more efficient in deployment of and better use of $s.

There is still a lot of tight money.  2016 was a good year with trend of growth, especially U.S.A.,yet there are still  trillions of estimated tight $s.   Need a lot more free $ flow to be happening whether private or government ,and ,best being the former while both happenig wouldn't hurt.

Nice find.  Thanks for sharing the info.

Good O for Fortress.
