RE:RE:OptionsOptions are what they are ,every company virtually the same or similar .---- In this case the options were .08 dirt cheap with the shares now at .20.  -They sometimes go the other way ex: .30 options  when the shares are .20 and they expire worthless and not excercized .  Check when the .08 options were handed out . Shares then at .08 ?? Likely .  No different now ,new options at .20 /three years hold ,share price currently .20 and the new options deemed  competitive and fair .  ..--If the shares are at .60 in 3 years, the .20 options will again be dirt cheap.  --Just the way it is ,all companies.---Company lines are that you have to have perks to keep cream of the crop employees. It just stings the wrong way at times.
