He knows he has to file, he knows the optics. Never as good as a purchase so it is what it is - raises questions versus generating excitement. Action not consistent with words even though it may be for very good reasons nothing to do with our prospects here.
Hopefully his assessment of having more demand than he can shake a stick at is accurate and this is inconsequential.
Time will tell.
