Could you clarify your P/B IS ONLY ONE CENT?  Do you mean that the stock price of $.05 may be only 1% of book value? If so, TMG would be the greatest buy ever with a book value of $5. P/B is percentage ratio as I understand it.

I wouldn't even bother trying to understand where it comes from, because that is not how microcaps and smallcaps companies get valued on these junior markets. Some of the favorites have some pretty ridiculous ratios if you go down that road. We are 13 cents, even if something is 1 cent, that is pretty good compared to many!!!

Currently trading at P/e level of 63. P/b is .01 cent. Fair value according to my opinion should be anything between. 01 to .05 only... only if they any kind of revenue to say the least... imooooo no financial advice. Do your dd.
