Our European team recently spent the day steam trap surveying and rocking fancy hats at one of our customer’s dairy sites. Excited to show how the brilliant GEM steam trap technology makes significant reductions to fuel bills and reduces maintenance overheads.

Wonderful, but concerning weather today in Limoges, over 20'C and still no leaves on the trees.

Very interesting visit to discuss a heat recovery project with the potential to fully decarbonise a minerals producer and significantly reduce water consumption to meet their new extraction limits.

We took the green travel route train from Bristol and avoided flight emissions.

We don't often here of projects where the significant water consumption was highlighted as a benefit.  So I am wondering whether this is a bit of a different angle on the existing applications that opens up a different market.

You actually dug up the one I had at the back of my mind.  The oil sands project.  Don't think they landed anything after the engineering design and I think that is the one industry that could be a company maker by itself if they could crack it.   But, as your post suggests and supports my recollection, not too many and where water recovery has been profiled as one of the
