interesting comments guys, the alignment of management is in place, strong backing, i think we will need to see how the few months roll out.... financing, 4 month hold, dilution versus a technology sale....... ignoring the stock for second,.... this business is gearing up...... but that last financing was a weak one, wow!! I hope RGMP doesnt ---- all over this one... like they have over others.

Fair point on the private placement. It was much lower than I wuold have liked. We'll find out in a few days how strong the hands it was placed in are. Fortunately there weren't any warrants attached.
