V.TMS since March 24, 2017 on a total posted traded volume of only 780,000 shares, the share price has fallen from 30 cents to a low of 11.5 cents today. 780,000 shares traded is hardly shareholders running for the exit, but someone certainly has been able to punish the share price. It is very bizarre that no one has stepped in with any kind of support.
