Two things are troubling from the MOU: 1) "near-term financing necessary to fund its working capital deficit and ongoing operations" 2) "If TMS is unable to secure the necessary funds, it intends to review available strategic alternatives to maximize the value of its technology" Item 1) was expecting given the financial state of the company. Item 2) who knows what that means ...more

Yes, the situation is bad. But, the technology is worth more than a few millions bucks which is the current market cap.
