News Out - Debt Settlement
Wow ....debt settled at $.05 with Young and Satellite Holdings...what did they do?....I bought at $.40 and what do I get? Not even a write off as I put it in my RRSP....think I'll stay away from this crew!

totalling $2,686,650 (U.S.) by the issuance of 66,204,429 shares That's a 130% increase in the float. Are you kidding me?? Can they even do this legally....WOW is right. Did they get some value for this debt or has it just become a toilet flush to management salaries, consulting fees and the like?
