(
assuming we don't get an excemption), for CLQ to graduate:

Funds to cover all planned development expenditures, capital expenditures, and G&A (5) expenses for 1 year. For this we need ~$4 million at the current rate we are burning through money. We don't have that in the books right now, but our trend is spend less, make more each quarter.

Min. $10 million in the treasury, with majority raised by prospectus offering. We have this one in the bag.

Evidence that products or services at an advanced stage of development or commercialization and that management has the expertise and resources to develop the business. This one is in the bag.

1,000,000 free trading public shares. In the bag.

$10,000,000 held by public shareholders. Ditto.

300 public shareholders eac holding a board lot. Got it.

Minimum $50 million market capitalization. Not a chance. with 85M shares, that's 0.60 cents a share. With 100M, that's 0.50 cents a share.
