RE:RE:Things seem to be on track.......

RE:RE:Things seem to be on track.......Who the hell cares if they have to raise more cash? That is what publicly listing is for. What matters is will the additional share dilution be exceeded by the value creation. In TNG's case, I believe so.

e.g.

TNG raise $2 million at $0.04 for 50 million additional shares.
116 million shs. o/s => 166 million shs.
The $2 million lasts a year at $500,000/qtr burn rate.
TNG grows annual sales run rate in a year from $3 mil to $7 mil
Gross margin at 85% = $5.95 mil
SG&A $5 mil
Net income  = $0.95 million
eps = $0.0057228
x p/e of 15 => $0.086

I think TNG has a good shot at growing sales from $3 million to $7 million in next year now it has launched premium services and the slots game. Diwip/Akamon averages $20 per active user per year.

If TNG is the only one with a slots game on smart TV they will attract some users. Not everyone wants to play games on tiny screens the same way not everyone wants to watch TV on tiny screens.

Did you read the report, or just not understand what you read. I said months ago they would need to raise more money. As usual I was attacked. Baggies said they had more than enough to last til profitability. As usual I was right. Expect a financing in the next 2 weeks.
