Today will be the day we see which direction TNG is going to move towards. The Samsung and Toshiba deals were very important and gave the company new legs. The fact that CEO and founder were selling their shares right after announcing this major achievement was horrible news and in my opinion showed investors just what upper management thought of the company. They may well have cut those new legs off at the knees. While good people are touting the virtues and values of this company to all who will read their posts the CEO and founder were in Vegas, on the corporate dime (shareholders money), selling their shares. Spin it anyway you want it still makes me sick!

The posters here with the most money are relaxed probably because what they invested here is a drop in the bucket for them. The majority of investors, like myself, still have mortgages to pay. I do agree with you that Dom's DD is outstanding and most appreciated!

Change of The Nature of Ownership is already starting to show up on (Canadian Insider - Gupta Vikas Value )=( $68,728.00 Change in Nature of Ownership )so the Shares were Transfer to a Family Trust Account ..

Seen Insider reports before Selling Then later The Term (Change in the Nature of Ownership )will appear as it takes time for Shares transfer to a Trust account and as the on going Broker Paper work gets Filed with Sedar the Report will Update with the Term Change in the Nature of Ownership The logical Reason for the Trust acct is its a Family Trust Account For Tax Purpose...
