NVIDIA are expanding there game buisness. They believe in Smart Tv as a platform for future family gaming. For the first time they have opened new offices in Canada and are already up and running.

V.TNG are responsible for getting the staff and running the offices, sales etc. Gametree TM is a big catch for NVIDIA. Its already set up worldwide. Obviously as welll as saving TNG cash for the offices they will pay the staff and further reduce costs for TNG. A win win relationship.

I have no doubt NVIDIA want Gametree TM and its just a matter of time and the right price. The future looks bright.

This Wednesday after market TNG hosts a confrence call and updates that will no doubt shed light on the ongoing changes. Be sure to listen in and ask questions.

Position Summary:

The Account Manager, Sales & Marketing is responsible for managing our countrywide sales and marketing in Canada, identifying strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and revenues, supporting the creation and development of brand strategies for our Canadian customers. In particular, he/she will manage accounts for Canadian customers who purchased technology based on NVIDIA products.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage Canadian customer accounts and NVIDIA local teams;
  • Formulate, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and policies;
  • Develop, lead and motivate sales team to meet or exceed budgeted sales revenue and gross profit;
  • Increase NVIDIA market share in distribution, retail and e-tail channels in Canada;
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers, establish contracts, execute on marketing events including tradeshows, tech fairs and local area network (LAN) parties;
  • Launch NVIDIA-branded products and marketing programs in Canada;
  • Develop and maintain local relationships with customers; and
  • Increase brand awareness at Canadian partner accounts by leading NVIDIA local team to provide sales and technical training.

Terms of Employment:

Permanent, Full-time for 40 hours per week

Work Location:

This position is a permanent position located at our office in Toronto.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelors degree in business, science or related field is required;
  • A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, particularly with large account sales, in technology industry;
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical sales in technology industry;
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead sales team;
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information; and
  • Readiness to travel.

Remuneration Package
The salary range for this position is between CAD$127,000 and CAD$137,000 annually based on individual experience, internal equity and market data.

I agree, this is a WIN/WIN with this 'strategic' partnership.................By the way, I don't follow the board here much anymore, but I have to ask, "where did the TNG board trolls from Quebec go that were 'spamming' the wonderful opportunity that Bombardier presented?............This company is a bottomless pit.............As it has for so many years, the Quebec gov ...more

skydouche, I made a 15% return today on bbd, and after the news is out tomorrow at 8am I expect close to double that back. How much did you pull out of TNG today? oh... that's right...
