simple answer is that regardless of whether I think anything is a homerun or not--never said it was but said it should do good this year, I don't buy more than what I can afford to tie up or potentially lose which despite that I can't stand losing and never buy more than i have in hand after paying off all expenses so i will never mortgage anything absolutely stupid to do sorry to those
