RE: Options 100% of the Las Cucharas Gold and Silver Project

I rarely get excited ( in a positive way) to a deal where twenty million shares are issued but in this case, with the paper being handed out over four years I am more than okay with how this transaction was structured. 

First step of many in hopefully, not too distant future for Terreno that brings both industry and market attention. 

Stock is extremely cheap at these levels.
