I thought you would get numerous responses from your post, c'est la vie. Evidently investors are, as you say, waiting to see what develops and it appears they are expecting a share price gain.
I see the repeated lower share price sales as attempts to discourage shareholders and to convince them share price will not rise. The manipulators, never satisfied with a decent stock price, are merely attempting to get an even better price.
One note of encouragement from management; November 19, 2012 one director was awarded 400,000 options at $.10. He, (Greg Johnson) exercised the options the same day.

With just 31+/- million shares available to retail investors and with invested shareholders sitting tight, we're bound to see exaggerated volatility. I hope investors maintain their belief in near-future share price gains. I also hope those with short positions get burned.
