pacer001 - I followed you here from the Recon board and thought I would check this out. I don't see anything exciting here - to me, it looks like the gross revenue from 300Mcf/d is ~$2,500, from that you need to subtract all costs (drilling, etc.). So not all that exciting from what I can see. Maybe it gets hyped up a bit, but I don't see a reason to go long here.

Well AnMar you probably are right but still worth keeping an eye on since Craig is ALLEDGELY involved in it. PS: I did hussle some quick bucks out of it though.

Please correct me if this is wrong ! - $2500/day is $850/900m p/year - drilling and completion cost is about $600m - one water injection well will support 10 production wells - operating costs, landowner residuals and pro-rata share of water injection well (unknown) If I assume operating costs as high as 50%, that $2500 works out to capital cost recovery in about 18 months.  I am not ...more
