Truth is though that picking potential takeover targets from the energy patch helps investors hit outsized returns. And I think that YO (Yoho Resources) is much closer to a deal than TOO. TOO has still a lot of work to do to lure the suitors, while YO is debt-free with cash thanks to the recent Duvernay deal.

Hasn't Yoho been selling assets ? Toro has been taking this time to acquire more land in this downturn. Their reserves are growing and soon as market turns this is gonna turn into a little monster of a company. Their debt is minimal and I highly doubt Managment would even consider selling.
