RE:Wonder what's upToro is very leveraged to oil that's probably why the big jump, remember toro is small but nimble in this environment, they have steadily acquired land and its companies that are growing in this environment that come out stronger and a lot bigger once oil goes back higher. I think what he's refering to is we been spending money on land and thrre is nothing wrong with that when you can buy land right now for 10% of what you could 2 years ago. The other company he is referring to I believe is like comparing apples to oranges.
