sorry to intervene in this board bcz I am not a shareholder of TOO, but if their land is so good with a very high potential and the company value is so low, how come no company like RRX or Teine has made an offer yet.

Good question unfortunately only those two companies could give you a correct answer.

Excellent point. I think a another poster may have said something similar a while back. When you look at the presentation up on their website, they are clearly valued at less than anyone else. Is that because the market already realizes their assets and land are not "top of class" like their presentation says? Or has this thing just kept under the radar for so long that a huge pop occurs ...more

I agree for the most part..... I'm not sure that q3 will tell you anymore about their assets. I think the story here is if oil hovers in the mid to high 40's this is one sleepy stock but north of 55 or 60 people will wish they had bought at these prices. i would encourage you to phone management they are very receptive to phone calls it might make you feel better about the company. Yeah, you are right. The Q3 probably won't tell me much about their assets. It's not as if they have done any drilling in 2016 to prove that this play actually works. Might be best to wait for Q4 if they start drilling then. But then you miss the boat...I'm thinking with what I know so far, I have made the decision to stay away. Or maybe not? Slot machines might have less risk....So ...more

the large financing done at .23 cents around the bottom of the oil market suggests the underwriters were confident in the future. maybe buy a small position and average up if things go well and the future looks a little brighter. GL
