Torq Resources Inc. is a Canada-based copper and gold exploration company with a portfolio of holdings in Chile. Its projects include Santa Cecilia, Margarita and Andrea. The Santa Cecilia project is located approximately 100 kilometers (km) east of the city of Copiapo, Chile, in the southern region of the Maricunga belt and immediately north of the El Indio belt. The property covers over 3,250 hectares (ha) and is immediately adjacent to the Norte Abierto project. The Margarita Iron-Oxide-Copper-Gold (IOCG) project is situated in Chile, over 65 km north of the city of Copiapo. The Margarita project is comprised of approximately 1,245 ha. The Andrea copper porphyry project is situated in northern Chile, over 100 km east of the city of La Serena. The property is located at the western margin of the Miocene aged El Indio belt that hosts the El Indio and Pascua Lama epithermal gold and silver deposits. The Andrea project covers over 1,200 ha at elevations ranging from 3900-4900 meters.

CDO Technologies Awarded contract to provide passive RFID solutions for U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and other agencies

Dayton, OH– October 1, 2008 – CDO Technologies, Inc., afull-service systems integrator that provides innovative,technology-based business process improvement, IT, and managed businesssupport solutions, today announced they were selected to deliverPassive Radio Frequency Identification (pRFID) Electronic Product Codehardware, software, and professional services to the U.S. Department ofDefense (DoD), U.S. Coast Guard and several other federal agencies,North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Coalition Partners, andother Foreign Military Sales (FMS).

CDO Technologies, with partners GlobeRanger Corporation, SiritCorporation, Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC), HCI IntegratedSolutions, Inc., Bartec Corporation, Avery Dennison -Paxar, and XIOStrategies, has been awarded a contract with a potential value of $75.5million, based upon delivery orders to be placed against it, from theArmy Contracting Agency Information Technology, E-Commerce, andCommercial Contracting Center (ITEC4).

Under the terms of the contract, CDO can now be awarded task orders bythe Army, Defense Logistics Agency, or any other agency within theDepartment of Defense or the U.S. Coast Guard to integrate pRFIDinfrastructure within their supply chain. CDO will be deliveringGlobeRanger’s iMotion Edgeware, Sirit’s Infinity 510 stationery passiveRFID reader, Bartec’s Motorola MC9090G-RFID handheld bar code and RFIDreader, Avery Dennison World Ready Thermal Transfer RFID printer, AveryDennison General Purpose RFID tags, and professional services from CTC,HCI Inc, and XIO.
