The point of being public is to build awareness, access capital, and grow the company. People have been patient here. Awareness is lacking and there is next to little liquidity (no trading).
These guys are well educated and experienced but not sure why no CFO has been hired yet.

There are tons of company that grow through acquisition and scale efficiently (ironically SITE is a good example). You can't do that without a CFO. RRS needs to think a little larger if they want to create shareholder return in a decent amount of time.
