RE:RE:Only a very few of us here so let’s keep the peace Reached out to Sean to get his perspective regarding the vacant CFO position @ RRS. As usual, Sean took time from his busy schedule to quickly send a reply. Busy for, after all Sean is a husband, father, RSS’s CEO, CFO & #1 salesman.
Historically, when the 2 stone businesses were added to RSS stable, both had been ongoing, profitable concerns, although perhaps NOT operating to their full potential. Sean & Paul were able to fine tune them, augment manpower/machinery where needed, and basically squeeze more profits from their operations. Due to those very positive improvements, Sean shared that Stone’s commercial activities of inventory tracking, customer invoicing, payments collections & expenditures, which, to some extent or other existed prior to RSS, were all functioning. Only “a capable external bookkeeper” is needed to oversee their financial activities/operations. Finances are, quote“working fine” so no need to “add the cost of another fulltime exec.”
Finally, adding to reasons why I have so much respect for Sean & Paul...
“We are different than the typical TSXV junior- on the raise / explore with contractors… raise / explore with contractors… repeat cycle- we are actually building a business.”
