The Silicon Ridge Project is located approximately 40 km north of the City of Baie-Saint-Paul, which borders the north shore of the Saint Lawrence River in central Quebec, Canada. The property comprises eight (8) contiguous maps designated mineral claims (CDC claims), which form a rectangular block covering a total area of 462.6 ha.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL & SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
