Thankfully RRS stone business seems to be taking care of itself, business wise. It is profitable and generating enough margin funds to advance the business plan. Sale of Langmuir willa so have a positive effect as the marketplace was assigning next to nothing as the worth of property. At least with the sale, RRS will get some $s into it's coffers.
