He knew 5 cents was coming soon, which would make a financing even more difficult. So the consolidation was done in hope of one more financing to pad the retirement account. But where will he find the suckers this time? In Australia? In my experience, Aussie investors in speculative mineral stocks are actually more knowledgeable than Canadian penny stock gamblers. They don't just throw money at any hype story, like Toobadee resources.
