Anybody been to the site?

Hey board. Has anybody here been to the mine site? I am going to be near trout lake in about a week and wonder if anybody knows how difficult it would be to get eyes on the site? Appreciate any assistance in this regard.

Hi Schocor. I'll be there 26 or 27th from Alberta if that helps. If before that, you would have to make special arrangements with Taranis CEO, John Gardiner, as 'private' road up from Ferguson (20 minute drive NW on old narrow mine road. Site contains 1970s stockpiles, old adits & shafts, & cores. Drilling on North Ridge currently- on hole 2 or 3 I believe. Request for a 2nd ...more

Schocor, you should txt days ahead as cell service is poor in Trout Lake & Ferguson. Tower is at Galena Bay ferry terminal. Nakusp is good. Trout Lake I think is

Sorry Schocor that you didn't connect with me on my opportunity to view the Thor Project up on the mountain. Beautiful scenery, beautiful drilling, beautiful cores - all good! The drillers were doing well on the North Ridge and will soon move down a few hundred feet on the new cut road to continue drilling this exciting area. Yes I am sorry I didn't get the opportunity to connect with you as well; I spend a day in the hot springs of Nakusp instead. My ability to actually do a hike at my age became apparent during vacation and time became a factor as well. thanks for the update on the cores, site progress etc. after the news of the drill results come back, financing will be the next show to drop. Schocor, glad you had a dip in the Nakusp Hot Springs - what a wonderful place. We got in Wed afternoon from Vernon - via Hwy 6 WITH a MH + car = 54' with THREE 12% hills, crossed on the free Needles Ferry and up to the cute town of Nakusp!!! Did the dip Wed night, toured around Nakusp Thur & had a very tasty meal at Chumleys, then the 2nd dip as we stayed in their 31 stall campsite. Met ...more
