Somebody's wish for .25 came tru and now to push it down  to .22.  It is a bad wish hurting the investors.

The new director C.S appointed as a market maker. Is it the reasson V.TRU droppd to .25 or may be or could be dropoing to .22 or swing back up to 8.00.
