So 60,000,000 shares @ $0.05 + 30,000,000 warrants at $0.075, good for three years.  There was little room left below and It had to firm up, but not to $0.05 oddly enuff.  The warrant price is the new ceiling for this stock. Listed Companies cannot finance lower than $0.05/share so JF's comment on "value" is kinda misleading. This is basically a friendly takeover, for the ...more

As long as Joel continues being paid $20,000/month he will hang on.  Why would Joel want to leave the cushy gig he has?  He did nothing to earn his salary but when you decide how much you pay yourself, the sky's the limit.  Somehow he talked himself onto the BOD of the predecessor company and then eventually became CEO and President when everyone else retired and left.   ...more

Agreed.  He is a lawyer by trade, no?  WTF is doing then?  Explains why he has to hire everyone for everything. Pretty sure he bought into that spot with a resurgent investment.  At $20k/month he is well overpaid, and has underperformed.  And now he sells the TRU and their GR for $0.05/share; I guess the easy money financing is all dried up at this time. Mostly surface ...more
