Material Information re: Releasing Drill Results

Something to keep in mind:

While there is grey area as far as what is material information and what needs to be released without haste, I don't think Ivan et al can "sit" on drill results (or compile for any length of time).

An established and ongoing exploration could possibly have some leeway as far as delaying infill results, but TSLV is just beginning. They have to release in a timely manner. Legally, for everyone.

If there were a Private Placement, or Options granted etc, and (good) drill results came out after - that would not pass the TSX Sniff Test.

I do not think they would do that.

Agreed and good point. I'm not suggesting the company would hold onto material results. Nor am I suggesting the company is gaming anybody. These are forthright people (or I wouldn't be here). All I am getting at is that #2 and #3 likely weren't material and may have even been "smoke" while #4 was described as "crossing a vein". As a result they are likely waiting

Make absolute sense what you say swingtrader. These are absolutely professional and trustworthy people. In its last interview Ivan say that Curibaya could be one of the 10 biggest silver deposit ever discovered. Said by Ivan that means something! Don't forget is following and investing in this sector since more than 20 years ... in addition of being surrounded by the best geologists ...
