well that was a surprise...
Had concerns about winter holiday road kill, common this time of year, then comes the announcement. The funding scheme puts a positive spin on the situation in a number of respects, meaning significant money on the table, non-Peruvian acquisition target(s) probably finalized, and confidence in Sombrero community access agreement very strong. Interesting aspect of the funding is insiders' apparent minimal involvement at C$100k, which begs the question if insiders are holding back (massively), who are the primary SAFE funders going to be for C$3.4MM,? Would not be surprised at all if we see corporate involvement, posible major at this early stage (because they've been banging on the door for years) and secuting a 20% discount to the additional/minimal qualifying financing of C$3.5MM in tandem with company listing. That would be C$7.5MM or more fresh funding by the time the stock lists, for projects in gear in multiple jurisdictions. Tactical, sophisticated. Pleasant surprise.
