Technically speaking...

Technically speaking...Is it my imagination or does Tsu's stock chart look like one 'phat' cup and handle formation? If it does it looks like the handle needs a little time to form. What would be the target price out and up from this formation? Any techies around?

Also, Did anybody get in on the debenture financing and why or why not?
