Delay The rig mobilization has been delayed from mid January due to the severe weather in Eastern Europe that interrupted the supply of equipment. This is not B.S. If you ever been in Ukraine in the winter you would see not much to no snow removal equipment, heck in the summer the roads are in ruff shape just with all the pot holes now you add snow, I would not be suprized if the delay was a little longer. After the delays we will do well.
