SEA is a good study, period.  There is no doubt that they have the goods and their top of the line investors are very secure with SEA being a long hold prior to production.  My opinion is they can open up with an aggrement with PVG and possibly install conveyers from that area just to the East of their Iron Cap,, so it would be routed to the Snowfield project thence to PVG all via an as yet not pllaned route.  IMO an above ground rail is their best answer and PVG might just have the ability to process a lot of their ore, the rest by road up to their already planned holding pond site.  Speculation on my part.
