SEA sells KSM to a major for development.  Effect on the three amigos, likely upvaluation as there is a probability of wanting to consolidate with TC not only for securing access, but to have a massive multi-deposit project to feed a mill down by the highway.

TC, three amigos sold to a major.  Effect on SEA?  Now they have a larger, better funded neighbour who intends to move forward with development blocking their proposed access.  The neighbour makes it known they are interested in KSM, but not at current pricing.  They can wait while they proceed at TC.

You tell me which you think is the riskier value proposition and which has the better upside potential from current valuation.  The SEA market cap is a mystery to me, wouldn’t touch it myself.
