That's a good point. I'm not that enthused about the purchases.  Obviously the TUD financing was not taken up quickly, so I assume this was to help speed things along and allow an early start to drilling.  

Again, not my favorite use of TUO funds, but it does get things moving. They have taken positions in other golden triangle companies; so part of their new MO.
