RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:TUD vs TUO.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:TUD vs TUO. the hold up with a Seabridge sale is the determination of seabridge's stake in the project. Rudy is holding out for the beast deal he can make.

I believe it was 2 years ago last spring that rudy said he had a deal but the buyer walked out at the last minute....

I used to be a regular listener of rudy's NY presentations... and it is there I believe I heard the above or words to that effect from the horse's mouth

I suspect  the deal was broken because the buyer wanted some guarantee that seabridge would contribute to any unanticipated increases in the costs of the mine's development... This is only my suspicion, mind you......

And since tudor had just announced significant mineralization in the path of the proposed tunnel,  I suspected that that might have been at least a  contributing factor behind the major's putative decision to walk away from the deal... Also the integrity of the environmental license might have been an issue. It had an expiry date...

there are at least 7 world class blue chip mining majors signed up to confidentiality agreements with seabridge..... I suspect there are legal and punitive safeguards preventing them from examining at seabridge's data and then using the knowledge they have gained to turn around and buy the neighboring property instead...

Once a deal is done, then it should free the majors up their confidentiality agreements.... Then all heck might well break loose.... That is, if the new owner of ksm does not make a move on treaty creek first... Determining the tunnel route is currently seabridge's biggest problem, now that they have taken measures to secure their environmental bona fides.... and to extend the environmental license..

And out of the corner of your eye amk management just loaded up with their plate with a massive whack of options... Teuton is also laying the groundwork for the potential spin out of its treaty creek position... and for no apparent short term reason
seabridge is building a road right to tudor's calm before the storm camp site.... There is a lot of smoke but, we can only speculate as to whether there is a fire or where it is located... i own sea and teuton and through teuton i have an interest in treaty creek..... and I like to speculate... so do your own diligence
