vwap was under 1.28.......so doesnt seem too bad.............ive seen much worse. Look at ORV today......very light trade, but almost all at 28.5 cents (on ATSs).........Morgan sells 500 shares to knock it down to 26.5 cents...only trade on ANY exchange today under 27.5 cents....

ultimately, names stand on the quality of amangmeent .................jurys still out on most!!
