I think Tudors management is doing a great job!  The regulatory issues to deal with a spin out is immense as you are at the mercy of the Courts, Securities Regulators, and way too many high priced lawyers and accountants.  They did all of this while raising funds in a really poor fundraising market and drilling how many miles worth of holes????

As a Tudor shareholder I want to thank management for the Goldstorm Shares. Total freebies!!!

If your looking to critique management why don't you go and have a look at what the wonderful well paid executives at American Creek are doing.  Then compare that output/compensation with Tudors.
