Yes it's crown property but the MTT had specific conditions that must be met: it can't decimate another claim. It would literally be like a bull in a China factory, rendering that monster claim logistically impossible....Do you actually think KK and Tud would be fighting this if they felt they were going to loose? ....not a chance.
