IMHO

It will only take 1 major to buy Seabridge and Treaty Creek. Both land masses complement each other. My god it would be a 3 generational project. At these gold priices NOW at $1950 these 2 land masses are very profitable. Seeing that the whole sector sucks right now (almost blood in the streets) these 2 projects should be bought out. Seabridge has done an amazing job. Hats off to Rudy!!!! He needs to sell it. But again I still think Treaty Creek (head of the snake) is the gate keeper to Seabridge. It can't be 2 separate companies in conflict with each other. It would be a nightmare. Example  litigation of the tunnel, road access, hydro access and stake holders in general (big money). Canada needs to fast track this project. We are running out of copper for the Green Industrial Revolution. We need hydro lines and new infrastructure in both countries, Canada and USA. Keep pumping out electric cars. The system we have will not keep up with hydro demand. I see more nuclear power coming and we need copper hydro lines!!!!!!!! This project has a lot of copper!!!!!!!! Be patient everyone. This play takes time but, we will be rewarded. Both companies are run by 2 first class CEO's  that's been in the industry most of their lives. They both want these 2 projects finished. Time is not their friend. Mine either. LOL. Cheers everyone. Happy hump day.

2024 by end of second quarter Seabridge will have entered a deal is what I'm hearing Rudy say unless it's sooner ! Ken and Rudy are not enemies but leaders of companies who want the best deal possible and it really sounds like Ken wants a partner as he's talking in that language lately ; so Tudor is still a buying stock as I see this  sell  hold or buy

of course tudor shareholders should be rooting for the sale of KSM. Shortly thereafter six of seven of the world's will not be bound from any noncompetitive clause in their confidentiality agreements with seabridge... There is no way in the world, Sea would open its data room and more to prospective buyers so that they could take the information and use it to bid on adjoining properties...

Agreed
Comment by paydirtontario on Sep 21, 2023 9:38pm
All you have to look at is the timeline on KSM and what's been proposed to see Seabridge is entering into a deal.  this is a no brainer that Rudy is putting ink to paper  It took a long time but IT's finally happening  100%
Comment by GuruNN on Sep 22, 2023 3:04am
How can you be so sure?   What happens at Seabridge if the current tunnel route is questioned?   Rudy doesn't mention that risk with a word, but it's a pretty big risk at the moment!   The tunnel discussion comes at a very inopportune time for Rudy. He needs to find a partner/buyer soon now because next year the mining permit expires.   And he already ...more

As it stands, Rudy has the right to build the tunnel.   TUD is just trying to challenge it now.  After all these years.  It will look like a shakedown to the judge or whatever regulatory body looks at this. Your argument really helps SEA, not TUD. In any event, a route could be found that is reasonalbe.  I think what TUD is saying though is that until they drill another ...more

This is the most rational post on the suject of the tunnel permits I have seen on this site. There is an agreement to be reached but it will be based on the fact that SEA has the tunnel rights and must be able to move the tunnel route to accomodate a TC economic deposit as they calim. Since Rudi reportedly has already offered this, why is TUD trying to challenge the tunnel permits? BC is not going ...more

How do you know that Rudi actually offered a new tunnel route in favor of Tudor Gold? If so, would Ken really have had the tunnel permit reviewed? I firmly believe that he did not do that and further I maintain that until an official decision is announced, Rudi has a big problem. And he can still come across as self-confident and loudmouthed, time is running against him as no partner has been ...more

Rudi ahs stated in media interviews that the tunnel routs can be chabged to accomodate TC economic deposits. Call him if you don't think this is so. Apparently, it's not a big deal to bend the tunnels by several Kms. Knowing this, why is KK trying to get the tunnel permits cancelled? Good question. Looking for leverage he's not getting from drilling?

Great work on managing multiple aliases boy. Keep it up! Your negative nonsense shows actual investors they're in the right place. Stupid Indian puke
Comment by GuruNN on Sep 24, 2023 3:01am
It's not a big deal to bend the tunnels by several kms???? Hahaha This is real BS! This statement is so ridiculous, especially at a time when construction costs have risen dramatically.   You don't think that a potential investor won't have the costs for the tunnel calculated in detail? And will ask questions about the tunnels? Every km that has to be built more ...more

There's a real negative narrative being pushed here and that narrative is " hey your invested in the wrong thing so sell and get out " ( any motive here crew? ) no matter what the topic is ,  it's the same responses and that's the entire thing is a sham and you need to sell immediately and help us drop this price as low as we can get it !!! Why is it, literally every post that has a positive point, you reply with some earth shattering-over the top negative post, countering it? The permit was issued from inaccurate information provided by Sea , hence the permit will be rescinded.
Comment by cskhurasu on Sep 25, 2023 7:07pm
According to SEA's news release, the tunnel permits were issued based on the information known at the time and with the participation of the owners of the TC mineral rights at the time as well as the First Nations.

Yes Guru...Rudy's reaction was over the top defensive: trying to make it look like Tud was over reacting....but obviously Tud wasn't getting the assurance from Rudy. Larry you actually believe 10 mil $ of "go away money" from Sea to Tud is good, when the entire Gold Storm would be sacrificed...unable to do any deep block cave etc?... Oh BTW...Tud isn't hard up for 10 million. We make money the old fashion way: we have many many investors wanting in.

Hey fordster!....just checking out your posts on TUD....I also noticed that ROVR now has 3 analysts covering the company with pretty nice targets....also noticed that Judson has been buying at much higher prices over the last 6 months or so....I am starting to take an interest again Good Luck with your TUD

Hey 88! I've never felt good recommending that investment because it's so speculative...BUT I knew how it was financed and I've had peace ever-since. Its the way it is here: we know who's investing....RARLY does the smart money loose. I'll stick with the smart money and defend them to the death. That stock is not done...but boy have they had a tough time of it.

The KSM permits expire in July 2026 I believe and the current $400 million in early construction spending should make the permits permanent by earning a 'substantially started' designation from the BC government.
Comment by fordster on Sep 25, 2023 8:07pm
Making it permanent? Sounds like you have doubts yourself...and exactly how was this 400 mil spent drilling on the TC side: drilling to connect KSM doesn't apply as you have to do that no mater what. Funny twisted facts, repeated over and over. It doesn't make it true. It's just your hopeful opinion.
Comment by cskhurasu on Sep 25, 2023 8:18pm
All you can think about is drilling. The $400 million is being spent on early construction of the site...roads, bridges, all-weahter camps, fish habitats and most important...the power hookup to BC Hydro which includes transmission and a swithching station. This is evidence that construction is started and that makes the permits permanent. It's all in SEA's shareholder reports.
Comment by cskhurasu on Sep 25, 2023 8:21pm
In all the posts you have made here fordster, I don't recall ever finding a fact.
Comment by cskhurasu on Sep 25, 2023 7:04pm
KSM has 100 years of permitted, economic resources. Why would any major need more than that?
Comment by fordster on Sep 25, 2023 7:12pm
Here we go again...your permit is ONLY VALID if it doesn't screw with another MAJOR gold producing claim OF EQUAL SIZE...that's the benifit of being on the right side of the mountain....Hey Krammer: you want to take it from here? I'm really getting board with the exact same points. Peace to all the honest investors out there.
Comment by cskhurasu on Sep 25, 2023 7:45pm
Excuse me fordster but where is it written that the SEA permit is only valid if it doesn't interfere with another deposit? And who says you have a major gold deposit of equal size? No one has yet made the case with real data. You are inventing stuff, dear boy. Time will tell. You will be stranded on the other side of the mountain while KSM gets a partner

Lol...STYX GAND ELUSION...."you're fooling yourself" it's common law- known by everyone for ever and ever...amen.
Comment by cskhurasu on Sep 25, 2023 8:27pm
Since you have raised the issue of common law, here is something in that category: Tortious interference is a common law tort allowing a claim for damages against a defendant who wrongfully interferes with the plaintiff's contractual or business relationships.
