For the tax credit, that the flow through buyers get, TUD must be PRIMARILY tartgeting a critical mineral (here it would be copper).  Problem is, TUD is primarly targeting gold.  But even if you said the new primary target was copper, it needs to be at least 50% of what is found which has not been the case with TUD.  So nothing to see here.  SEA would have a better shot at targeting a primarily copper resouce but I dont know, or care, if they could pull it off.

Ultimatley, just makes the flow through shares moe desirable ie. it coubles the tax credit component (not the main benefit of FT shares whichis the 100% CEE deduction) from 15% to 30%
