SEA is an advanced development project.  Theyve poured in probably close to $500 million or morse since they were at the TUD stage

Market, whether right or wrong, believes SEA has a viable project.  

I see lots of upside in TC, but not cuz of SEAs MC.  Not my conern until I buy it or short it~

But remember, TUDs gotta pay for 100% of cost to gettin to a production decision!  TUO and AMK pay $0!!!!!   Factor this in when deciding on how to allocate $$$$.  Its been a game changer for me over the past 1.5 years.
